Jenna Kvaale
Come as you are.
I know stepping into a new experience, such as counseling, can be scary and overwhelming. I strive to create a safe, judgement free space where you will feel seen and respected. I will walk with you as you navigate some of life's most difficult challenges.
Every person is different. Therefore, I work to tailor my approach to meet your specific needs, where we can collaboratively work towards your goals. My hope is you will feel more equipped, supported, and empowered to make impactful changes in your life.
I work with adolescents and adults (ages 13 and up). I look forward to meeting you! For more information about therapy at Lotus Counseling, visit the services page.
